Why the price of Dangote cement Price in Tanzania remains unstable?
The unexpected and challenging working circumstances and surroundings are not unrelated to the regular variations in Dangote cement pricing in Tanzania.
Disruptions in gas supply, as well as the high cost of Automotive Gas Oil (diesel), on which most cement plants rely for energy, haven’t helped things. Aside from this, additional factors such as rising energy rates, a lack of foreign money, and ever-changing government regulations all contribute to the rise in cement manufacturing costs in Tanzania.
Furthermore, as a result of the poor economy, customers are finding it more difficult to purchase cement at present rates, resulting in lower sales and profits for producers, who can only hedge against these difficulties by raising prices.
It is unfortunate that the price of cement in Tanzania continues to rise despite the fact that the product is mass-produced in the nation and there is a prohibition on the importation of foreign-made cement.
Why Dangote Cement in Widely Favoured in Tanzania
Despite the fact that there are more than ten different cement brands in the Tanzanian market, Dangote Cement is highly liked, despite the fact that some of these other brands are even cheaper. No, the reason isn’t only because the firm is controlled by Nigeria’s and Africa’s richest man.
