1.To provide excellent customers services.
2.To always strive towards best customer satisfaction.
3.To greet customers and present menus.
4.To assist on making suggestions based on customer’s preferences.
5.To arrange table setting and keeping table clean and tidy at all the time.
6.To cooperate and communicating with all serving and kitchen staff.
7.To adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer’s services guidelines.
8.To perform any other responsibilities scheduled to waitress by immediate supervisor.
