HR World Limited on behalf of our client we are looking for competent and trustworthy Sales Executives with experience in Agrochemicals products to manage, implement and monitor the company’s sales and market.
- Control and Collect orders from existing and prospective customers through a relation-based approach.
- Following up on debt collection on weekly basis and offering action plans for debt collection.
- Promote, negotiate and suggest new products to improve the market.
- Make personal visits and presentations to existing and prospective agro-dealers and commercial farms.
- Establish personal contacts by making phone calls/visits and secure new business accounts/ customers.
- Demonstrate products and services to existing and potential customers and assist them in selecting products to suit their needs or ecological zones.
- Performing other related duties as assigned by the supervisor along the chain of command.
- Degree in Agriculture Engineering, Agronomy, Horticulture or any other related fields.
- Proven Experience in Agricultural Sales and Marketing.
- Basic Computer Skills.
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Well-developed problem‐solving, information analysis, and evaluation skills.
